    Terrible customer service. I asked about grooming and was all set to book, I asked about the timeline to book and she hung up. I immediately called back and she picked up again without knowing it was me. No apology nothing for disconnecting. I could understand a disconnect, but not even saying sorry. I understand you are booked, but you could simply say that.
